Stalking No Contact Orders for Chicago Now at The Daley Center
Starting September, 21, 2026, by order of the Chief Judge of Cook County, all Stalking No Contact Order proceedings are now assigned to First Municipal District, not 555 W. Harrison Street.
This means that if you have a pending Stalking No Contact Order case that your case will be transferred from 555 W. Harrison Street, Chicago, IL 60607 to The Daley Center at 50 W. Washington Street, Chicago, IL 60602.
This also means that if you are seeking to file a Stalking No Contact Order case that you can no longer file that case type at 555 W. Harrison Street and now must file it at The Daley Center, in the Clerk's Office on the Concourse Level, which is Room CL24.
